Basic configuration
Engine brand: CUMMINS, MTU, PERKINS, MITSUBISHI, SME, BAUDOUIN
HV Alternator brand: STAMFORD, LEROY-SOMER
Options
Simple Operation:
-A switch cabinet, when calculating the current, it needs to estimate 20% more current. protection relay is standard configuration.
-Switching power supply (small inverter) for 1-2 gensets, installed in each switch cabinet.
Parallel Operation:
-Conventional parallel system
one generator unit, one parallel system and one switch cabinet. When calculating the current, it needs to estimate 20% more current.
-DC panel is required for all switch cabinets to provide DC power for action
-One DC panel for 10 switches
-parallel operation requires 1 * PT Panel to detect the busbar voltage of parallel operation
-Generator grouding panel to achieve leakage protection. Including: isolating switch vacuum contactor, current transformer, resistor. (standby use genset is optional and prime use genset is standard)
Grid Connection:
-Mains paralleling control cabinet.
Coupling:
-flexible coupling
-MTU high-voltage genset needs to be equipped with a coupling. If not installed, the bearing current will easily break through the oil film (only resistant to 60mV, Cummins 200-300mv.)
Differential Protection:
-similar leakage and earth protection
Container:
-price inquiry of HV switchgear
-selection of electric louver
-selection of Magnetic float level gauge
Radiator:
-it is recommended to drive radiator by belt, and motor drive requires external power supply (main power grid) or power transmission to main power grid after genset startup.
Engine Heater:
-mains heater, shut down for use. Or use Diesel Engine Heater(fuel boiler type)
